If you're wondering, Kosie is pronounced "Cozy." The name carries special meaning to us. It's a tribute to Jay's grandfather, whose strength, courage, and perseverance paved the way for the Kosie family to build a life in the United States after immigrating from Sierra Leone. We chose the name not only to honor his legacy, but because it reflects the kind of experience we hope every guest has, warm, welcoming, and full of cozy unforgettable moments.
