  • Easy and fun! From booking to breakdown, we make the entire experience as simple and stress-free as possible. Instead of submitting an inquiry and waiting 24–48 hours just to find out if your date is available, you can view our live availability online and book as soon as you’re ready.

    We value your time, communicate clearly, and handle the details. On event day, we take care of setup, assist your guests throughout the experience, keep everything running smoothly, and handle breakdown afterward, so you can focus on celebrating and enjoying your event!

  • Of course! We offer a fun selection of props for a variety of events and celebrations. Want something a little more personal? You can also add 5 or 10 custom props featuring images of your choice.. think faces, pets, inside jokes, logos, flags, or anything that fits your event!

  • Yes. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date.

    Yes, the deposit goes towards your final balance.

  • The remaining balance is due prior two weeks (14 days) before your event.

  • Travel outside our standard service area (over 30 miles of Winston Salem) or other special requests may incur additional fees.

  • We recommend an area approximately 8' × 8' with access to a standard electrical outlet.

  • Yes! Guests can instantly receive their photos using QR code, text message, email, or instantly printed(if applicable)

  • Absolutely. Every event includes a designed photo overlay and welcome screen customized that we create to match your event theme.

  • Traditionally we provide 2×6 photo strips. Guests may request 4×6 prints depending on your selected experience, if requested before the event.

  • After your event, you'll receive an email with access to all of your event's digital photos.

  • We are based in North Carolina. We serve Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, Kernersville, Burlington, Lexington, and many surrounding communities.

    Travel fees may apply outside our standard service area.

  • Yes, with limitations.

    Outdoor setups require protection from direct sunlight, rain, wind, and extreme temperatures. Final approval is based on the event location and weather conditions.
